Booking Policy
Your reservation will only be held until 10 minutes prior to class. In the event you do not arrive in this timeframe, your reservation will be offered to wait-listed students.
Late Policy
We start and end all classes together and on time. Late arrivals are highly discouraged.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
Class cancellations can be made until two hours prior to the start of all scheduled classes without penalty. Cancellations within two hours prior to class start time and no-shows are subject to a $15 fee.
Expiration Policy
Pre-purchased Single Session classes expire one month from the date of purchase.
10 Class Passes expire six months from the date of purchase.
Registered classes are only valid for the duration of the series that the purchase was made for.
In the event of medical emergencies, please contact the studio directly.
Return / Refund / Transfer Policy
All sales for New Member Specials, Single Sessions, Class Passes, AutoPay Memberships, Workshops and Registered Classes are final.
We do not offer refunds.
All New Member Specials, Single Sessions, Class Passes, and AutoPay Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared with another person.
Accounts Credits can only be used by the account holder.
Purchases for someone else can be made by obtaining a Gift Card or by contacting the studio directly.
