Booking Policy    

Your reservation will only be held until 10 minutes prior to class. In the event you do not arrive in this timeframe, your reservation will be offered to wait-listed students.                

Late Policy

We start and end all classes together and on time. Late arrivals are not admitted into class.

No Show / Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made until one hour prior to the start of all scheduled classes. Class Pass Holders will have a class deducted for a no-show. This charge can be avoided by cancelling your reservation more than one hour prior to the start of class. Workshop cancellations made more that 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time will be credited to your account for use at a later time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

Expiration Policy

Pre-purchased Drop In classes expire one month from the date of purchase.
5 & 10 Class Passes expire three and six months respectively from the date of the first class attended or within one year from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.

Registered classes are only valid for the duration of the series that the purchase was made for.
In the event of medical emergencies, please contact the studio directly.

Return / Refund / Transfer Policy

All sales for Introductory Offers, Drop-Ins, 5 & 10 Class Passes, Unlimited Monthly Passes, AutoPay Memberships, Workshops and Registered Classes are final.

We do not offer refunds.
All Introductory Offers, Drop-Ins, 5 & 10 Class Passes, Unlimited Monthly Passes and AutoPay Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared with another person.

Accounts Credits can only be used by the account holder.
Purchases for someone else can be made by obtaining a Gift Card or by contacting the studio directly.
