This is a slower paced class that includes the practice of Asana (Yoga poses) focussed on alignment, strength building, as well as the practice of Pranayama (breathing techniques) that will offer peace of mind and heightened body awareness, preparing students for deeper practices such as meditation. Poses are typically held through several breaths.


Flow from one Asana (Yoga pose) to the next in a series of movements that journey into the deeper benefits of Yoga. Movements are synchronized with the breath to build and sustain strength and stamina while also exploring body awareness and connections between the poses. Some Vinyasa classes will also emphasize nuanced alignment, core strengthening, and meditation.

Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa is an energetic form of Yoga in which students are in continuous motion, connecting movement to breath. This practice may include more advanced Asanas (Yoga poses) such as advanced standing balances, arm balances, back bends and inversions. This style of Yoga is taught in a heated studio making it a vigorous and revitalizing form of Yoga.

Core Power

Core Power focuses on strengthening the abdominal and back muscles through traditional Asanas (Yoga poses) with possible additional core-strengthening exercises from other traditions. A strong core enhances a Yoga practice immeasurably and promotes healthy posture and spinal health off the mat as well. Heightened body awareness will help students move more efficiently through everyday activities.


Yin Yoga emphasizes Yoga postures held on the floor for extended periods of time (usually 2 to 5 minutes or longer) with minimum muscular effort. The focus is on gentle stretching and stimulation of the fascia and connective tissues of the body primarily targeting the hips, pelvis and spine. This practice works with the energy body, stimulating the Nadis (meridians) and loosening blockages while increasing the flow of Prana (energy) promoting overall well-being.

Yang / Yin

Yang Yoga is the more traditional Yoga based on a practice that promotes muscular strength, stamina and flexibility. Yang/Yin begins as an energizing, uplifting Yoga practice with stronger Asanas (Yoga poses) that depend on muscular strength and stability. The practice then evolves into a deep and introspective one, with minimal muscular effort, primarily targeting the hips, pelvis and spine.


Restorative Yoga is a gentle class in which multiple props are used to support the body. This practice is about slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. During longer holds the muscles are deeply relaxed, an excellent antidote to stress, calming excessive mind chatter, and highly beneficial for those recovering from injuries. Restorative Yoga is also known to help overcome insomnia, promoting deep sleep.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is sometimes referred to as Yogic sleep. While in Savasana (Corpse Pose), students are led through a systematic and highly detailed guided meditation. Yoga Nidra takes the brain into deep states of relaxation switching from beta to alpha waves thereby making available the opportunity for profound renewal.

Seva Series

“Seva” is a Sanskrit word often associated with a facet of Yoga meaning “service”.  However, it is more than just a simple desire to help others.  It comes with an expression of compassion and genuine desire to unselfishly uplift those around you.  Yoga teachers that guide these classes have partnered with a community group or program that they are deeply passionate about.  A minimum donation of $10 (cash only) is suggested for attending a Seva Series class with 100% of the proceeds going to the fundraising project the teacher has chosen. It is an absolute privilege for our studio to give back to the community in this way.

Yoga for Men

Men are welcome and encouraged to join any of our Yoga classes. However, this class is designed specifically for them. We will focus on the inflexible areas of the body including hamstrings, calves, shoulders and chest.  We bring about a balance between strength with flexibility while simultaneously cultivating a deeper sense of community both on and off the mat. All experience levels (new to not so new) are welcome. (COMING SOON!)

Family Yoga

This is a one hour all levels Yoga class intended to build strong and healthy bodies, minds and family ties!  Individual, group and partner poses are incorporated into these classes as well as fun, interactive games.  We will also explore simple meditation and mindfulness techniques.   Invite your loved ones to unite on the mat and enjoy the benefits of Yoga together.  (COMING SOON!)

Class Passes

Class Passes are a perfect way to make a commitment to your practice without committing to a membership.
5 and 10 class passes have corresponding 3 and 6 month expiry dates that give you lots of time to make the most of your class passes and still save.

One Month Unlimited Pass

The One Month Unlimited Pass is ideal if you are looking to take your practice to the next level with access to unlimited classes without committing to a monthly membership. This pass is valid for one month from the first class attended.

Auto Pay Memberships

Auto Pay Memberships are ideal for those who plan to practice a minimum of three times per week. Payments are charged automatically with a 3 month minimum commitment term. This membership rewards your dedication to your well-being and our studio.
